Description
Yeast is produced by accumulating a selective yeast culture. Moisture content-70%. Does not contain chemical additives and GMOs. Used for dough with a sugar content of 16% by weight of flour and above. Ideal for preparing high-quality muffins.
Advantages: designed for rich pastry; have high lifting power; adapted for the technology of freezing test semi-finished products; guarantee a stable volume of finished products; give bread products a rich taste and aroma.
Application: mix yeast with other ingredients and water according to the recipe. The optimum fermentation temperature is 35-38C.
Dosage: 1% -3% by weight of flour.
