Description
Himalayan pink salt is a unique salt that has been stored for more than 250 million years in the Himalayan mountains, or rather in the Khyura salt mine in Pakistan. It acquired its unusual color and useful properties due to volcanic magma covering it and filling the salt with microminerals. It is officially recognized as the purest salt, it is harvested by hand and is not processed. According to research, it contains 84 different elements, including iron, iodine, potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium and fluorine. Pink Himalayan salt is slightly less salty, but it has 100% digestibility and does not retain fluid in the body. The use of such salt helps to normalize the water-salt balance, removes toxins from the body, improves the condition of the skin and has a beneficial effect on the nervous system.
