Description
Corn starch is starch obtained from corn grain, it is used to thicken food products, but the degree of thickening of corn starch is lower than that of potato starch. The addition of corn starch makes the culinary products soft and tender.
To prepare, add starch to a cold liquid and heat, or dilute the starch in a small amount of liquid, and then gradually pour into the boiling liquid.
