Description
Boiled-smoked sausage undergoes, in fact, double processing. First, the raw sausage minced meat is finely ground or consisting of chopped small pieces is slightly smoked, followed by cooking of the semi-finished product. This gives the product a richer, more delicate taste and a soft pliable consistency. The last stage is another smoking, thanks to which the product acquires a recognizable appetizing smell, pleasant color and taste with a slight smoky note. The minimum order is 20 pcs.
