• Pine nuts, collected in the taiga of Eastern Siberia, strengthen the heart, thanks to the content of unique pinolenic acid, lower cholesterol, improve brain function and mood. They contain a lot of protein, which contains almost all the amino acids necessary for humans and is a source of magnesium, manganese, selenium, iodine, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, vitamins B, PP, E, A, K, D.
To the pine nuts ground on special stone millstones we added:
• Gerkens natural cocoa powder is made from selected cocoa beans grown in Ghana. Cocoa beans have not been subjected to alkalization (treatment with alkali), so cocoa powder is especially rich in antioxidants, fiber and magnesium.
• cold-pressed unrefined cocoa butter from Côte d’Ivoire gives a special aroma to pralines and is beneficial because it lowers bad cholesterol due to its high content of oleic acid and there are no trans fats.
• whole milk powder (natural product of the Baikal region TM Sagaan-Gol) gives the praline a creamy, delicate taste, is a source of protein, contains many essential microelements, vitamins: C, groups B, D and A.

Storage conditions
Store at a temperature of +2 to +25 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed package for no more than a month. When stored in the refrigerator, the product becomes dense due to the presence of cocoa butter in the composition, but after 1 hour at room temperature it becomes softer.
