Description
This cold appetizer is our “Greek” take on the popular Georgian dish “phali”.
We took the main ingredients of pkhali with spinach and added olive oil. The result is a natural, tasty and nutritious snack. It has a more delicate taste.
Pkhali/mkhali (ფხალი) is one of the most popular dishes of Georgian cuisine, which uses the principle of variability (“one recipe, different ingredients”). The base includes ground walnuts, Georgian spices, mixed greens and green adjika. This is a kind of nut and vegetable pate that can be served simply with good bread, or with any hot or cold dishes.
Recommended chilled.
