Cloves are widely used in cooking - they are used whole and ground, flavoring sweet dishes and dough with it (it is better to use hats, especially in combination with cinnamon). It can also be added to meat, put in fish marinades (preferably petioles, combined with black pepper), drinks, vegetable salads, lamb dishes, pork, stewed vegetables, poultry, compotes, bitter liquors and hot drinks with wine.
