Description
This is noodles made from buckwheat flour. It has a special brown color that retains even after cooking. Spaghetti is quite thick, and after cooking it is soft and dense. Pairs well with meat, fish, poultry and vegetables. They can be seasoned with almost any Japanese sauces. It is not recommended to fry it, but it is quite suitable for cooking WOK, since high-temperature cooking there takes place very quickly and with a minimum amount of oil. Soba must first be boiled and rinsed with cold water.
